FEELING WARM, SNUGGLY AND SAFE IS TRENDING BIG IN 2020!

Sleep- Cuddle under that duvet and feel the warmth through every bone and making all the days troubles and stress disappear.   Why move?   This year, at least heading into our Canadian winter, we all just want to relax and feel comfortable and cozy.   (Maybe guys describe it differently but the feeling is still there.   Let's have less stress and more stretching out the fun!)   So what we're seeing in our retail environment is people buying gifts that produce this no pressure, lots of support, kind of feeling.

Bedding of all kinds is huge.  Trending are duvets and duvet covers, sherpa blankets (especially hooded sherpas that you can wrap around your shoulders while watching your favourite Netflix), weighted blankets that held you to sleep quietly and decrease anxiety, cotton sheets that are so...smooth on your skin, copper pillows that help deflect the radioactivity from your phones etc, and I could go on and on.   This is a category that was always regarded as practical and therefore not that great a gift but...it has received an uplift to a status that brings it to the place that everyone loves.  To receive the gift that gives you a reason to stay in bed and snooze -YES!!!
