'JACK' and JAMES BOND "BONDED"

'JACK' and JAMES BOND "BONDED"

“JACK” and JAMES “BOND” in the new movie ‘No Time to Die”

Bulldog models began at Royal Doulton in the 1940’s.   These were strongly influenced by the U.K.’s Prime Minister Winston Churchill who had come to symbolise the steely determination of the British character during the Second World War.   “Never.Never.Never….Give Up” was one of the slogans that earned Churchill the Bulldog designation.

JACK THE BULLDOG first hooked up with James Bond by sitting in a place of honour on “M’s  desk. Jack became famous for his cameo roles in Bond movies “Skyfall” and “Spectre”.   He was one of the few things that survived the traumatic explosion that rocked M16.  Jack got through with little more than a few cracks along with some charring of the Union Jack draped over his back.  His pieces were glued together and once more he stood proudly on M’s new desk.   Jack was bequeathed to Bond by “M” (who after “M’s” tragic death wasn’t particularly fond of him..) and makes an appearance in the new James Bond movie “No Time to Die”.   The new porcelain edition of Jack has been lovingly recreated with his chips and cracks and a new reference number DD 007 B.

The latest Jack the Bulldog is a must for any James Bond fan.  PS- As well as having the No Time to Die “JACK’ in stock ($110)-we luckily have obtained the original “JACK” from Skyfall (more pricey at $500.00 but a collector’s dream).
